Rhoen Park Aktiv Resort - Hausen (Rhon-Grabfeld)

Great location for hiking and outdoor activities. The pool area is enjoyable for children. Staff was helpful.

There is a lack of transparency with hidden fees and the all-inclusive package was not worth it. The food was below average, with limited options and poor quality.

We appreciated the fact that we chose rhon park. The breakfast was good there. We do recommend & would go back in flash. Nice touristic places like Rudis Abenteuerland were not far from the hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location on a hilltop of around 650m with beautiful green surroundings. the rooms are comfortable with cozy beds, big showers, and a nice view. the staff is friendly, the service is prompt, and the breakfast is fantastic. the pool and spa area has great facilities for a relaxing vacation.

There seem to be some issues with the all-inclusive package causing confusion and frustration for some guests.

The view and surrounding area is outstanding. The hotel has something for people of all ages.

Great hotel, amazing location! The swimming pool is excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. Also, the catering was reasonable with a good quality of food. It has a very child-friendly atmosphere with a lot of activities for them to enjoy.

The communication about what was inclusive and exclusive was very confusing. We booked an all-inclusive deal but the details were not clear. It was frustrating to have to argue with the staff about which drinks were included, which meant we ended up paying for drinks we thought were part of the deal.

Very nice hotell with everything a child could want. Swimmingpools, playrooms, cinema, pizza restaurand with a electric train and babysitters. Big rooms and very clean.

We were just stopping in Fulda on the way to Kiel on our way home to Norway. This hotell is not near by Fulda. It is in the middel of the german countryside and 30 min for the A7. For us the hotell felt to big and it was a challenge and far to walk to find our rooms.

the location of rooms where hard to find i had to use three lifts evey time i go to the room and the furniture was very old

The hotel sits atop a hill of about 650m and boasts a lovely green area. The facilities are excellent with a huge swim facility and play garden for kids. Buffet restaurants offer great taste and many choices. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Almost perfect.

Ideal for a family with the kitchenette. Excellent pool facilites and open til late which meant you could go out for the day and still be able to use the facilties on return. Plenty to do as well. Good place to go and just stay on site.

Agree with the comments about thin pillows - they are actually probably expensive pillows as they are feather ones but they just become nothing. Next time we'll take our own! as it was said in the reviews. Everything else was great although if you want to go general shopping it is a fair distance.

The service in the bars is very poor. Only one member of staff meant it could take up to an hour to get a drink served.
